JOB ROLES INCLUDE: 

1) A fast-growing e-commerce brand of clothing for adults and children with disabilities needs someone who understands and can react to sales opportunities online both in the UK and internationally.  The success of the brand to date is based on recognizing the needs of its customers and high street quality design.  The ideal candidate will have a passion for social networking, e-commerce, and be able to react quickly to change.  Location could be remote, experience in fashion a bonus.  Incentive package is negotiable.

2) A full-time Sales and Marketing Director is needed to mastermind and execute a sales strategy, influencing product development and partnerships.  The business is a small bootstrapped technology company with an online service, ready to bring to market.  It operates in the area of email messaging and file transfer.  The role is offering 30K basic, plus equity stake, plus commission.

3) CEOrequired for an application service provider in the property management/servicedelivery market. A modest salary and expenses available initially and opportunity to build a significant equity position.  Working with CTO successfully deliver ‘pilots’ commenced and about to commence, round out application with ‘pilot’ clients, field enquiries from major ‘blue chips’, identify partners and route to market, build revenue model and build sales income. Develop company personnel and external partners to support delivery of application to clients. Identify strategic partner(s) to address future exit strategy.

4) Sales Director and Marketing Director needed for a company that works with innovative, growing SMEs to bring a combination of management skills, increased sales opportunities (through its industry contacts) and investment opportunities for funding the SME growth.  It is seeking experienced Directors to head Sales and Marketing functions to join the team of senior level directors building operational teams and growing business in the UK. These opportunities will bring a success based package of commission and profit share.

5) A real-time sports news service seeks a sports loving, media savvy, start-up Business Mentor for guidance and more.  Expertise in social media, market research or fantasy gaming all relevant for future relationship.  You can’t buy love, so unpaid initially but with the potential for future incentives when the company grows.  The role is based remotely.

6) An ink dispersion company are looking for a Sales and Marketing and a Financial directorto take lead on the company’s financesand promote new income revenues. The company, are the authority in ultrafine pigmented dispersions for inkjet applications and are dedicated to the perfection of ink. The team of ink specialist’s, are driven by the next new breakthrough in ink technology. The incentive package is negotiable.

7) An award-winning, innovative selective invoice finance solution. SMEs who trade with large blue chip debtors can receive up to 90% cash advance on their invoices through a secure online auction platform. The company are looking for a Marketing Directorwho can lead the marketing function, design and implement outbound lead-generation campaigns and give strategic input in terms of branding and market positioning.  The ideal candidatemust demonstrate solid experience in B2B Sales and Marketing and preferably come from a technology/finance background.

8) An innovative and exciting company which develops products for a range of different markets  including, Retail, Environmental, Sporting, Home & Garden, DIY and Packaging and is looking for a Managing Director. The ideal candidate will have a strongfinancial background/ Retail contacts and expertise in the outdoor sports industry. This role is paying sweat equity and is based remotely. 

9) A Business developer required for a company that connects students with brands in a meaningful way.The company seek an experienced, well connected Business Development individual, who can successfully connect them with Trade and industry organizations, global business and government.  

10) Commercial Development Partners are required to join an early stage technology companyand solution provider to high endurance applications of a unique amorphousdiamond materialwhich gives extended life in high temperature, chemically aggressive and abrasive environments. 

The company, have focused on a number of strategic areaswhich include Oil and Gas, Chemical Processing and Aerospace and are working with a range of Blue Chip Clients who are evaluating our material in a range of applications. As such they have started to generate sales revenue and are working towards break even. The company are looking for people with contacts and knowledge of new and existing potential application sectors who can assist us in accelerating our sales growth.

11) A business partneris required to help launch and establish a new product that can support work in civil engineering sector globally. The role will be based remotelyworking closely with the entrepreneur who has 30+ years, experience in civil engineering. The incentive package is negotiable with further discussions.
